Weekends

I apparently only take pictures on the weekends now and have been way too busy to add a few pictures here and there to the blog. Our fun has been limited to weekends now but we've managed to enjoy the end of summer warm weather. 

I have a cute video of Kellen and Jae's last swim in our neighborhood pool.

We celebrated Steve's birthday at the splash pad in Arvada and had yummy cake.

Monkey see, monkey do. Jae has become quiet the climber.

We spent Labor Day Weekend in Grand Junction for a flyball tournament. We had a great, laid back tournament with the dogs running Vets. The playground at the fairgrounds kept Kellen very busy. Kellen and Jae had fun playing with Bryce, Abby and Lily. How fun to have so many kids hanging out together at flyball. The dogs had lots of fun too. We did find out that Jae gets car sick. She got sick on the way up in traffic and on the way home through the canyon. Lesson learned, no more food for Jae when driving in the mountains.

Jae's favorite past time is reading. She will pick out a book and bring it to us to read while she sits on our lap. She will go through every.single.book we own in one sitting. She has started to memorize parts of the books, especially the animal noises.

I think we're ready for fall and football season!
