We celebrated Jae's 2nd and Kellen's 5th birthdays with a joint backyard camping party. I had fun coming up with camping themed food and activities. The kids had so much fun running around, "hiking," "fishing," roasting marshmallows, and playing in the tents. Kellen said he had fun and he really liked the camp fire because that was the first time he's ever seen "real fire."
We were prepared for an indoor party in case it rained but we lucked out and were able to spend the evening outside!
We had a hiking trail through our yard that ended at the creek behind our house.

We had "walking tacos" and hot dogs for dinner with a fruit salad.

The best part of the night...roasting marshmallows on the camp fire. Not exactly the most kid friendly activity, but everything was ok.

Great Grandma Givan made it to the party! We loved having her, Paula, Michele and Woody there.

As if the s'mores weren't enough, we had cake too.
We had so much fun celebrating with our friends and family. Kellen and Jae had so much fun!

Everything looks so cute! I love your parties, we were so sad to miss it. I love their outfits (big surprise!) and walking tacos sound amazing.
