Mother's Day

In typical end of school year fashion, things have been super crazy around here. Steve has been out of town, I've had NJHS Induction going on at work, and we've been stressed out dealing with school board drama (click here for more info on that). 

Jae is now 13 months old and is getting more and more steady on her feet. She put on quiet the show the other night for us. 

On Saturday, she took her first steps at the flyball tournament. Kellen took his first steps at a flyball tournament too. Remember this? We are pretty convinced that once she figures out she can walk, she'll be running circles around the house. She is so ready!

We went to breakfast for Mother's Day, a rare treat since Kellen has never been that interested in breakfast foods. He enjoyed his chocolate chip banana pancakes though and Jae ate some scrambled egg. I had great rest of the day watching Frozen with Kellen while Steve cleaned for me.

My Mother's Day cards and gift from school. I love Jae's card and Kellen picked the yellow pot just for me because it is his favorite color. 

Kellen's 4th birthday is in 2 weeks! End of school is in 2 and a half! We leave for Hawaii shortly after that!!
