We celebrated Jae's first birthday today with a big rainbow party.
We were very fortunate that so many of our friends and family came to help us celebrate. We had lots of rainbow themed food and drinks. I made meatballs for meatball and sausage sandwiches. We also had a rainbow fruit platter, veggie platter, applesauce, and chips.
It was a little cramped being stuck inside while it snowed but the kids had fun playing with trains and marbles in the basement .
Jae enjoyed her very own cake and got a lot of really great presents. Her and Kellen spent the rest of the afternoon playing with the new toys.
Jae and Kellen were both exhausted and went to bed really early. What a great day all of us had and happy birthday Jae
