I decided to go ahead and add some pictures now because I seem to have more time now than I know I will at home. We arrived in Scottsdale Saturday evening after a 14 hour drive. Everyone was ready to be out of the car but Kellen did really well. He slept lots and we were able to keep him busy inbetween naps. I LOVED having our new car so one of us could sit comfortably in the back with him. When we got to the house, Kellen took everything in and lounged by the pool.
Kellen and the dogs have kept us moving. We spent Sunday morning at the Railroad Park, then went to a different park later in the day, went out to dinner, and had drinks at some friends' house. We were bad parents and kept Kellen up way past his bedtime!
The playground had a toddler area, an area for 5-12 year olds and a school age area. Kellen made his way to the school age area and never looked back!

We went on a 4 mile hike this morning, it was great exercise carrying Kellen the whole way but I think 4 miles is my limit. Luckily, there wasn't much elevation gain!
An evening dip in the pool. Kellen was shivering when we made him get out but threw a fit, guess we'll have to swim more tomorrow.
A video of our completely neurotic dogs, they don't want to swim but aren't sure what to think of Steve and Kellen in the pool so they just run around it barking.
