Kellen's lack of sleep finally caught up to him and he passed out while playing with Grandpa Dave.
We left my dad's house Friday morning and drove to Omaha for a flyball tournament. I'd like to think that the dogs were pleasantly surprised Saturday morning when we showed up to the tournament site. They both ran great and both teams placed well. Kellen was amazing, he slept well at the hotel and was content switching between the ergo on my back, his pack n' play, and his stroller. Everyone got a kick out of his babylegs (which he sported all week, they are perfect for car rides and quick diaper changes!). The drive home Sunday night was long but we made pretty good time. Unfortunately, Kellen was so excited to be home he wanted to play with his toys and the cats until 3:00 am. He is currently napping which is probably what I should be doing but instead I'll post some pictures!Below is Kellen showing off his team spirit...Go Denver Speed Demons!
Lame free dog toys make awesome baby toys!
It was a great week and quiet an adventure. Overall, Kellen did really well and was very willing to go with the flow. I'm lucky to have one more day off today but Steve was back at work bright and early.
