Kellen swam for the Governor's Ranch Gators this summer. Steve and I were excited for Kellen to experience summer swimming since both of us have such good memories of it. In general, it was a great experience. Kellen swam with some kids from school, he had an energy release every morning at practice and the meets were fun. Kellen was still 6 at the age cut off so got to swim 6 and under events. He did pretty well and has 3 more years in the 8 and under division if we decide to continue with this team. He swam 25 free, 25 back, 25 fly, and 50 free.
