I love President's Day Weekend. Even though the mountain towns get crazy busy, it is the perfect time to escape. Steve, Jae and I hung out at Copper while Kellen had his 2nd ski lesson. He is in the Trailblazer program that meets once a week for a month.
Some friends of ours were also in Silverthorne for the weekend so we met up with them at the Rec Center for some play time. Kellen and Andrew LOVE each other and had so much fun sledding and playing on the playground.
My mom spent Saturday night with us and we went tubbing on Sunday. Jae spent some time in Critterland while we took turns ridding down with Kellen.
Come Monday morning, Kellen was exhausted and slept through our slow drive back to Denver.
Lots of great winter fun, seems like spring is just around the corner.
