Yes, Trinity is ten years old!!! The poor thing is starting to really show the effects of having such a high energy life. Her bad knee gets sore especially in cold weather but I think its her hips that are really getting stiff. We knew she was going to get arthritis in her hips and knees so this isn't unexpected. We just have to find happy medium where we can keep her brain active while not being too hard on her body. She still plays flyball, we just have to be careful playing in the dirt and agility at very low jumps. Chuck it and Frisbee sessions are few and far between now but she enjoys our walks/runs. She is sooooo good with Kellen, we couldn't be happier that she turned out to be such a good family dog. Happy Birthday Trin Trin!
